Refund Policy – Elowen

At Elowen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@elowen.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
