Shipping Policy – Elowen

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Free): 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (extra charge at checkout)

All orders include a tracking code sent via email once dispatched.

3. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances. However, we will assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving issues as needed.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
